NASIKH DAN MANSUKH DALAM STUDI ALQURAN

Abstract

The controversy over the existence of nasikh and mansukh among the mutaqaddimin and muta'akhkhrin scholars is a form of development of understanding the meaning of the verse contained in the Koran. And this, cannot be separated from the point of view and the methodology of the science they are in. The Jurisprudence scholars tend to support the existence of mansukh in the Koran to assist them in establishing a law, while the Tafsir scholars do not agree with and reject the existence of nasakh to maintain the perfection of the Koran. the aim is to equalize perceptions about the definitions of nasikh and mansukh.
