Abstrak

Learning is not just as swift as moving knowledge from a teacher to a student, it's like moving the contents of water in a bucket into another bucket that is still empty. However, in the view of psychology, especially the psychology of education in the learning process is not that simple in transferring knowledge or values from someone to others. In psychology there are many considerations that need to be considered in learning because learning involves psychological activities. An educator or prospective educator must be able to know the concept of learning and learning theory and apply it to the process of teaching and learning activities so that learning objectives can be achieved and learning activities are not boring
