Abstrak

From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the average teacher competency in the school is in a very good category, after observations and interviews with teachers at the school, that the increase was due to mutual cooperation between fellow teachers, and parents in carrying out their duties as a teacher. Besides that this quality is also indicated by the teacher's educational background which basically comes from college graduates who are competent in their fields. The improvement efforts are carried out through four things, namely: 1) Following the Training Forming a teacher working group (KKG), 2) Providing training to teachers, 3) Internal supervision.
