In the course of history every organization is required to make changes in order to adapt to the increasingly complex and modern environment, otherwise it is difficult for them to maintain its existence and make progress and will be crushed in global competition. The process of change is very influential on the attitude of the individual or group members of the organization. On the one hand there is a kind of supportive attitude and on the other hand there is a stance against the situation of change. The existence of the conflict will cause unrest and cause unhealthy organization. This condition should not be allowed because it will ultimately reduce the productivity, quality of products and services and other things that can make the organization collapse
